Mindfulness and me


My name is Rowena Di Stefano. And I have been living in Milan for over 14 years.

I am a teacher, and over the last few years I have been concentrating on the science of mindfulness and its abundant list of benefits.

Mindfulness is about training your attention on a purpose. This will improve the quality of your life and the relationship to your thoughts.

There are a two ways that you can join me in your journey. Either through my writing about mindfulness, or through my Courses.

Mindfulness and you

Research on Mindfulness is growing at a rapid rate. Today it is being used in medicine, psychology, education, sport, business and leadership. It merges empirical science and Buddhist meditative practice with growing evidence for its beneficial effects.


Mindfulness is about practice, rather than merely theory.

It’s the reason I am offering courses that will introduce you to its benefits.

And importantly, Mindfulness is secular. It is not based on any religious beliefs or principles; however, it’s backed by thousands of years of ancient wisdom.
